We ensure Containers 4 Sales policies, practices and procedures are consistent and adhere to the latest health and safety legislation.

    Communication – full & transparent communications with customers from start to finish.

    Quotation – clear & concise full quotation supplied with guidelines, time frames & every aspect a customer may need on making their decision on
    what container is required.

    Supply/delivery – delivery guidelines, length of vehicles, estimated time of delivery are provided. We are one of the few companies that offer vehicles fully FORS compliant.

    After service – we ensure all customers are contacted to guarantee 100% satisfaction. This is done on the day of delivery or the morning after & any
    issues addressed immediately.

    Complaints procedure – In the unlikely event the customer is dissatisfied with any part of the service received or offered by Titan Containers Pty Ltd - please contact our Customer Services Manager & you will receive a response within 24 hours.
